Manage Your Bookings
Need to change, cancel, or check the details of a session you have booked? You can do that here using our online booking portal.
Simply enter the email address you used when you made your booking and we will send you a secure link to access your account.
Before you start, please note:
- You can amend or cancel a booking up to 12 hours before your session start time. After this point, please contact us directly.
- If you need to transfer a booking to a different date or session, please cancel your existing booking and rebook through our Sessions page.
- HAF (Holiday Activities and Food) bookings cannot be amended through this portal. Please contact us directly if you need to make a change to a HAF session.
- If you are having trouble accessing your account, it may be because your booking was made under a different email address. Try any other addresses you use regularly, or get in touch and we will help you.

Waiting lists
If the session you want is fully booked, please add yourself to the waiting list as spaces do sometimes become available when other families cancel.
