Role: Trust Fundraising Assistant
Type: Part-time, remote (10 hours per week)
Salary: £7,800 per annum (£15/hour; £29,250 FTE)
Location: Remote with occasional Bristol meetings
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify funding opportunities from trusts and foundations.
Draft simple grant applications and personalised fundraising letters.
Assist with developing stewardship materials such as newsletters and updates.
Communicate with funders to provide updates and reports.
Receive training to develop grant-writing and fundraising skills.
What We're Looking For:
Strong research and written communication skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Willingness to learn and develop in fundraising.

Incredible Kids is a small charity based in Bristol, dedicated to supporting disabled children, young people, and their families. Through inclusive play sessions, we provide a safe and welcoming space for families to connect, socialise, and feel supported. Every grant we secure helps us continue this vital work, and this role is a crucial part of making that happen.
As our Trusts Fundraising Assistant, you’ll:
This role is part-time (10 hours per week) and fully remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Bristol. The working hours are flexible, making it ideal for someone looking to fit meaningful work around other commitments.
We’re looking for someone who:
Experience in a similar role or in writing grant applications is desirable but not essential. If you’re proactive, enthusiastic, and have transferable skills, we’d love to hear from you!
